The Society of Finnish Female Professional Foresters

The Society of Finnish Female Professional Foresters, a member of The Union of Professionals in Natural, Environmental and Forestry Sciences Loimu, was founded in 1955. One of its main goals is to promote working skills of its members and see to work-related equality, and of course to communicate with other similar organisations and the forest industry.

Today the number of members is a little under 200. The board of the society organizes different kinds of events, e.g. meetings, training, talks and excursions.
